USA Remote position, located in WA, SF Bay Area, or NY


  • Individual contributor role leading and owning accountability for the global relationship between Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, & others) and Ermetic
  • Detail-oriented and able to think proactively and constructively becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of CSP partner programs, solutions, and extended ecosystem partners
  • Think big mindset to work with Product Management/Engineering team and Sales Engineering teams to develop a business case, strategy, and native CSP solution integrations supporting the growth of co-existence with CSP alliance partners 
  • Develop and execute an aggressive business plan with CSPs, outlining an overarching alliance strategy, including product and solution roadmaps, GTM, and sales targets
  • Work with regional sales and partner teams to ensure successful local engagement on customer opportunities
  • Comfortable driving the Client or Channel partner procurement process through the various CSP Marketplace offerings
  • Act as Project Manager and collaboratively work with the Ermetic Marketing team to manage and plan all marketing collateral, large and small-scale events, joint webinar, private and public case studies, win wires, website, social communication, email campaigns, and other programs promoting the partnership and opportunity generation
  • Manage CSP Partner Portal upkeep and accuracy regarding Ermetic Partner landing page, program participation, product offerings, Marketplace listing, and joint opportunities
  • Develop strong relations and advocates with key decision-makers on the Cloud partner side, and their ecosystem, as well as internally in Ermetic to support the growth of our business


  • Experienced in 5+ years of partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, Technical Alliances, Alliance Solution Architecture, or channel sales at cloud services or software as a service organizations
  • Strong presentation in front of larger groups and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and Go-To-Market plans
  • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse internal and external teams
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Cloud Domain expertise with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure
  • Demonstrated a multi-year track record of successful quota attainment in a sales and alliances role
  • Ability to travel 40%, when COVID-19 protocols allow, to accommodate the growth of the partnership and are not inhibited due to any vaccination requirements.
