Chris Castaldo, CISO, Crossbeam
Chris Castaldo is the author of Start-Up Secure: Baking Cybersecurity into your Company from Founding to Exit. He is a transformational cybersecurity executive who creates innovative solutions to enable businesses to operate safely and securely. He mentors and coaches executives and board members on cybersecurity through scalable and sustainable business objectives.
Chris is anindustry leader and has appeared on several leading cybersecurity podcasts. Chris is the Chief Information Security Officer at Crossbeam. And serves on the board of advisors for SafeBase, and also serves on the board of Rallye for Vets. He has built cybersecurity organizations at Dataminr, 2U, IronNet Cybersecurity, Synchronoss, and also worked at the National Security Agency solving some of the most challenging national cybersecurity issues. Chris is also a US Army Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran.
Arick Goomanovsky, CBO & Co-Founder, Ermetic
Arick is a tenured business leader with two decades of experience in strategy, technology, research, and leadership in government and the private sector. Prior to founding Ermetic, Arick was a co-founder of Sygnia Consulting, a cyber consulting and incident response firm which was acquired by Temasek Holdings for $250M. Before Sygnia, Arick worked at McKinsey & Company in London, where he focused on strategy and operations.
Arick served for 15 years in the IDF Intelligence Corps Unit 8200, where he held senior leadership positions from research to leading hundreds of cyber R&D experts. He received several awards for his unique contributions to national security. Arick earned a BSc in exact sciences (Talpiot program, cum laude), an MSc in mathematics from Hebrew University, and an MBA (cum laude) from INSEAD.
