What are we looking for?
We are looking to bring on board a Regional Sales Director based in Germany to spearhead the growth within the Central European region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own and develop a territory from scratch.
The selected individual will be responsible for building the local team and revenue. Building the plan and working together with the regional team and the EMEA leader, towards growth within the set region. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit where thinking out of the box will be essential. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in building a Region with an early-stage company in the Cyber Security segment.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for building out a sales territory across the German region– initially, you will be focused on driving client acquisition but will have a remit to grow and develop a team very quickly
The role will be new business-led and focused on winning new logos to start with the vision of owning and developing the region.
Selling at C-level down
Strong Business Acumen & Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC)
Deal sizes are typical $50-250k in ACV and can grow significantly over time
What do you need to bring to the table?
Experience working in the Cyber Security & Cloud Segments
Selling experience with Cyber Security software solutions
Strong track record in enterprise software sales
New business focused – New Logo Acquisition
Experience working for start-up high-growth companies
Having been the “1st boots-on-the-ground” before
Will add to the Ermetic company culture
- Having strong connections within the Financial sector
- Understanding the local SaaS Start-up market
