Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Ermetic ISRs enjoy a hybrid role with responsibility for the entire sales cycle for a given region in collaboration with the SDR and Field Sales teams. ISRs are responsible for executing on our “get there first” strategy through coordination with SDRs, AEs, and channel partners on a regular basis. These individuals will generate and manage pipeline opportunities through the first phases of the sales cycle and lead discovery and demonstration meetings. As needed, ISRs will manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle to closure, while learning directly from regional field sales directors.
This exciting role will include increasing closing responsibilities, eventually leading into a full quota-carrying position.
- Native English speaker with strong writing skills
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative or equivalent
- 1+ years as an ISR, Account Manager, or Commercial AE
- Proven track record of overachievement
- Great people skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
- Knowledge of tech; cybersecurity a huge plus
- Ability to learn fast and thrive in a high-paced environment
