Field Marketing Manager

Ermetic is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to assist in the creation, building and execution of regional, national and/or global field marketing programs that align with the annual event strategy. This is a new role based in Boston, and the person will be a key player in fostering the growth of the company’s marketing practice. As part of the global Field Marketing team, the Field Marketing Manager will work closely with our global sales and marketing teams to understand region-specific market priorities and create high value activities that deliver compelling content and experiences for audiences. They will assist in the generation of new business opportunities by creating and executing marketing programs that raise awareness and generate demand for Ermetic.

Location: Boston


  • Work in partnership with the demand generation and sales teams to build and drive field marketing activities that impact Ermetic’s growth
  • Own project management and execution of various events, including but not limited to, logistics, production, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and audience acquisition
  • Maximize Ermetic’s reach and presence at third party events through sponsorship execution and complementary marketing campaign creation
  • Create and host private Ermetic events, both live and virtual
  • Think creatively about the customer and prospect experience at in-person events, and build experiences that are above expectations for attendees
  • Multi-tasking – constant management of multiple events and associated tasks at any given time


  • 3-5 years experience in field marketing
  • Experience in executing in-person events in new and existing markets
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) – English
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset


  • Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Cloud
  • A passion for technology
  • Experience working in a startup environment
